What does Boston Made+ include?

What’s the difference between monthly and annual?
Monthly is $20 a month. Annual is $120 a year — the equivalent of $10 a month — and includes a hardcover copy of Boston Made: From Revolution to Robotics by Dr. Robert M. Krim and Alan S. Earls, shipped by mail.
